82 transponder 32 weak

I can't get CBS and raptors TV to come in because of low signal. All other HD channels are fine. Anyone know if this transponder is failing?
 
I'm currently using a 75cm starchoice dish with a BEV LNBF. My dish can catch both birds with a decent amount of signal. I've just checked transponder 32 on nimiq 2, the result was superb! 90% on most of the Nimiq 2satellite. I believe you should upgrade to a larger dish like mine. :D A dish can play a big role in how well your receiver might perform in rough weather.
