My right convenience key was lagging for a while, and then a few weeks ago suddenly stopped responding.
Never dropped it in water, or dropped it hard period for that matter, though there are a few scratched on the bottom and a 2mm nick on the front screen plastic [LCD was NOT affected, minor scratch] from various incidents (the screen nick from me turning around with phone in hand and brushing up against sharp metal). Other than that, been kept in a case so looks 85% new.
The sticker on the inside is white, so that proves no water damage.
Anyway, my question is should I go through the trouble of calling, or may they possibly give me a new one on the spot if I go directly to a t-mobile owned store?
Bought my blackberry from tmobile.com on march 2008.
