81 chevy c20 front right brake not releasing?

when braking the truck pulled to the right, so we replaced both front calipers and front pads. We bleed the air out and the front right wheel is still locked up unless you crack the bleeder screw and relieve the pressure. i was thinking either the metering valve or the hoses. Any thoughts? Thanks for any input.
