I THINK the album cover was a beach scene with a bunch of loungers and a frisbee or a LOT of frisbees I'm remembering red(frisbee??) During the song the voice is altered to sound ?tinny?far away? something and sings "Hey, St. Peter....." or "Hey, Hey, St. Peter....." Probably have band wrong and don't know song title.
