I have a 1979 lincoln continental town coupe, and the only means of listening to music is an 8 track playing digital radio. any suggestions on how I can listen to music through the existing radio? I can't use a transmitter because when I plug it into the cigarette lighter it wont work, nothing I plug into it will work besides the actual cigarette lighter. I dont want to have to buy a new deck because I can't afford one, not even a cheap one, and there isnt a deck out there that will fit into there, I'll have to mount it lower. I heard of a thing called a Mona 8 track converter, it allows you to play cassette tapes through your 8 track player, and I figured I could get one of those cassette tapes that you can hook up to your mp3 player, but I heard those Mona 8 track tapes are no good. any suggestions? (and I love my car dont tell me to scrap it and get a new one)
