'74 Honda cb360 turn signals no longer work?

Do they light up, but don't blink?
Check the turn signal relay.

Do they not light?
Check the turn signal fuse.
Check the handlebar switch.
Make sure it is getting 12v
Make sure 12v is leaving the switch when it is turned on.
Make sure it is plugged in.

I have a 1974 Honda cb360 with turn signals that no longer work. They have worked recently, but when I got on it today and began riding, I noticed the turn signal indicator light was not turning on, nor were the turn signals. I would imagine that there must be a loose/severed wire somewhere, but do not know where to begin. Any thoughts?
