73 Honda Motorcycle wont stay running!?

I have a 73 Honda CB350K5. We started it up after it sat for 20 years. Carbs have been gutted and thouroughly cleaned, starts up and runs for about 5 seconds then dies out. Bowls on the carbs are getting nice clean gas in em. No pops from the exhaust runs really good with a steady stream of Starting fluid. Feels like it's starving for gas but I cant seem to figure out why! Fuel lines are clean from the tank to the carbs gas runs out of them nicely floats work well in the carbs
 
Your bike is running on starter fluid and not the gasoline in the carb. I would try re-jetting if that has not been tried.

If that doesn't work get new carbs.
