L Lasantha New member Sep 5, 2010 #3 ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ Try doing a hard reboot from the options menu. Also call customer service. Call from another phone and notify them of the problem. Sometimes they can analize a certain situation like that and correct the problem
