this is a strange one, my outboard quit at mid range rpms under load and will not crank over ( like its seized) but if you grab the flywheel and turn it backwards it frees up and will crank till it fires and does the same thing and if you take out the spark plugs it cranks like theres no tomorrow, any help will be appreciated, thank you
