7 weeks after sex, no period, but negative pregnancy test, any help?

& weeks ago exactly, I fooled around with a guy, we didn't actually have sex but his sperm came in contact with my vulva. I took the emergency contraceptive plan b about 2.5 days later. Then about a week after that night I had a very spotty, irregular period (6 weeks ago from today) that lasted about 4 days. Maybe it was a period, maybe it was something else. I do have a very irregular cycle. Now, 7 weeks after sex I still have not had a normal period. I took a clear blue pregnancy test today and it came up as negative. I also took one 2 weeks ago, and that was negative. Any thoughts?
 
The plan B pill is usualy the most effective within the first 72 hours of having unprotected sex. Also that pill is known to have messed with periods between 1 and 3 months... If you are really worried that you might be pregnant, go to your doctor's... He or She will be able to help you more
