I was on crutchfield site looking for speakers for my 1987 chevy caprice and i see that 6x9s and 5 1/4 can fit.
Does that mean i can either put in them in front or back or is it 6x9s in the back and 5 1/4 in the front only?
If it doesn't matter where i can put them, what size is recommended to push louder clearer bass sound?

Also would it be best to get the same brands for rear and front? Or can they be different brands?
