i have a 12 inch lift on my chevy and my front driveline fits all the way stretched (slip joint) but to have it extended cause it needs to be able to move with the suspension and the angle at the transfer case will bind up and im not sure how to fix that i wanted maybe like a double u joint deal i but a buddy of mine had a brainstorm idea of using a 1990's era front driveline out of a jeep cherokee cause they are the perfect length, (3 inches longer than mine ujoint to ujoint) and they have a double u joint thing at the top and they look about the same strength wise,
i have a dana 44 and an old style 205 transfer case
would the cherokee driveline work on my truck??
in theory it works in my head but i dont wanna spend the 70 bucks from pick n pull and have it not work
or any other ideas are more than welcome. please and thank you
