69 Camaro bad paint job help?

I am restoring a 1969 Camaro and just got it back from the paint shop. The paint is dry. It looks like there are rain droplets/fisheyes all in the clear coat. Could it be due to using a kerosine space heater during the priming/paint/clear coats? Used top quality Diamond Paint and clear.

Any suggestion on how to fix it? Can the droplet/fisheyes be sanded and buffed out?.... or will it have to be stripped and start from scratch? Thanks for any input.

You put your finger on the cause.... The oil in the burned fuel soot acts like silicon. Fisheye you now have. Depending on how thick your clear coat is and how deep your fisheye is you might try a small with some 2000 grit wet sanding. Keep the clearcoat wet as you sand. Rinse, dry and look repeat as needed if you see positive results. A good wheeling out of the paint with very fine compound might also be what you need..
