I recently bought it but it needed a new air filter, battery and cables, re-did the brakes. I drained the gas and put new it, replaced the fuel pump, cleaned the carb but it has difficulty starting. Also when I get it started it idles rough so I am not sure if the battery is being charged, I have pulled off the positive cable and it keeps running but I have to charge it to try and start it. Any help please.
