I did a disk brake conversion. The rod on the master cylinder side is the correct length and has no play. The brake pedal, however needs to be pushed in about 1" before anything happens. As if the booster has slop in it. The pedal is backed up against the bump stop. I was wondering if it's normal and/or advisable to adjust the clevis rod (lengthen) to take up most of the play?
