6682 Picture I.D.?

Does the 6682 have picture ID or just a ringtone ID? I have searched the manual and tinkered with the phone and it doesn't seem like I can assign a picture ID. Phonescoop says that picture IDs are a feature of the 6682 -- are they incorrect?

Any info on hte picture on caller ID yet?

I am thinking about getting a 6682 or the Cingy 2125 but I don't know if it does that either.

Yes, the 6682 has picture caller id.

To add a picture ID go to the contact that you want to add his/her picture. Choose Options->Edit->Options->Add Thumbnail

To add ringtone ID go the the contact that you want to add his/her ringer id. Choose Options->Ringing Tone

Just a note, the pictures are very small.
You might want to consider getting a program like Full Screen Caller ID

I have FS caller and it works beautifully. I registered it for whatever it costs after the trial period ran out. Usually don't need it though because I have individual mp3 ringers for the more frequent contacts.

i got mine to work.. didn't even know i had it. thanks.
between individual ringtones and a thumbnail, dont need the additional app.
