6682 Debranding!

So, got the wife's 6682 unlocked today, after about 2 weeks of hounding Cingular... She's now using it on T-mobile, no problem with telephony. I would, however, like to un-brand it. I know that I can go to Nokia's website and flash the newest firmware, but it can't possibly be that easy, can it? What all do I need to do to remove all the Cingular crap, all of the previous owner's crap, and have the phone like it was brand new from the factory, software wise?

Nokias website will only put on the latest version of Cingular nokia software, it won't unbrand it.

I don't know a great deal on flashing but theres a thread on mmcforums about using Phoenix to de brand the phone.
