6630 Call waiting tone

Hey everyone. I have a nokia 6630, and the problem is that when im in a call, and i receive another call, it comes up on the display but theres no audible tone, so i never hear that there is a call on the other line (call waiting). This was working fine when i was using v3 firmware, stopped working on v5, and same problem on v6. Any help would be greatly appriciated, if i cant get this fixed ill have to sell my phone

My 6630 had v4 firmware when i got it, and i upgraded to v6 using NSU. Never experienced any problems with call waiting tone. However, on my E60 i don't hear call waiting tone if i'm using my bluetooth headset (Cardo Scala 500). It works fine otherwise.
