6275i ev-do ?

i know that the 6275i uses 1x2000. My question is when EV-DO comes out will i have to get an ev do phone or will this phone be compatiable with the service because when i out about i do alot of downloading of themes and ringtones through my phone.

ev-do will actually be compatible with all cricket phones well some of the new recent phones that came out

the 6275 is not evdo.

Only the motorola's are evdo at this point.

Your banned now anyway but i would like to clear things up here for the original poster who was unfortunate enough for you to post in there thread. The 6275i *WILL NOT* support EvDo when it comes out, As per this page (http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=1025) the phone only supports 1xRTT data.
