Today I bought a Nokia 6230i. The problem is, the message alert volume is really low. I cant find how to louden it. The only thing I can find is the ringtone volume.
The ringing volume was on full but the msg tone was still really low. It was the same for all ringtones. I restored factory defaults and that has sorted the problem.
