Ive been trying to get my SPC or Secondary Sublot Code from cricket for the past few weeks now with no luck. Ive been calling the local stores in town and they all say that they dont have access to that information and Ill need to call 611. But I have not been able to reach anyone via that nuraber, it just senRAB me back through the menu system. Today, I called a corp store in houston, and it ended up transfering me to a corp office. I asked the gal for the code, and she said I would need to call 611. I informed her about the problems reaching anyone and she said that they are limiting the # of times you can call tech support to 3 per month!!! Just wanted everyone to know this bad news... 
Also, if anyone in these forums works @ a corp office, and would be willing to help me out with the SPC code, please pm me.
