6100 Audio - loss

Sudden loss of sound wth everything elso fine, checked all connection and TV audio, all OK.
So do you think the 6100 is Kaput? I don't have a manual. Thanks for any input!!
 
Have you tried to get audio through all the outputs? There are two sets of analog outputs and one optical.
