60GB PS3 or 80GB MGS Limited Edition PS3?

Alright I've been trying to do as much research as possible. I want backwards compatibility and both of these have it. The 80gb not being as much but from as far as I've seen with all the software updates their really hasn't been many problems. I got the MGS 80gb LE PS3 for like 560 including tax an shipping from walmart, I can sell it on ebay an make my money back and get a 60GB for 380, and I was planning on upgrading to a 320gb ($90) for the 60 right away or the 80 after a little while. but would regardless. And I will buy MGS sometime soon too (possibly online for a better deal). Which one should I go with, I definitely want the backwards compatibility, and are their any other differences between the two. Is the limited edition 80 MGS one anything special or just the old 80gb with the game. If have personal experience with either please enlighten me. Will I be able to extend the 60gb warranty at all? And is the backwards compatibility difference really that big of a difference? Don't give me PS3's game compatibility search I've already checked it it only gives me games I can think of, I'm talking about everything. Is the difference that much? Has anyone had problems with 80gbs compatibility? Need to figure this out soon. Look forward to responses.
 
The 80GB from the MGS4 bundle is just the same old 80GB back from the past.

I recommend just not going through the hassle of getting a 60GB and just buying a PS2. Even a 60GB has problems playing a few PS2 games.
