My girlfriends 6085 just went to a constant light blue screen after ending a call. outer display shows the same solid blue scrren when closed. have tried removing memory card, remove/reinsert battery, power on without sim card, all to no avail. if these have a master reset function, could someone give met the keystrokes I would need to press to get to it to see if that will help? thanks for any help in advance.
