My son won an art competition with Ben 10 magazine when he was 4 years old and he was so proud to have his work printed in his favourite magazine. We have this now in a frame in his bedroom and he loved showing his class at school. He was even more excited about the prize that he had won. It has now 18 months and he never received his prize. I have contacted the editor and several other employees @egmont.co.uk by phone and email several times but have yet to receive the prize. Obviously most people would let this go and not pursue but my son keeps asking about it and I think it is awful that a children's magazine can do this to kids! I will probably email them again with a copy of this link so please feel free to say how awful Ben 10 magazine are to do this to a child! Seeing as the Editor isn't interested, can anyone advise contact info of the MD and perhaps he would like to take a look at this link?
