ok so im 15 (male), and i am wanting a 6 pack (lol i know it may be a common thing but hey)
here is the details of what excersise i currently do and what my daily diet is:
in the morning i eat a large bowl of kellogs crunchy nut
then for lunch i have a baguette or sandwhich (either ham, tuna, or some other meat) with salad
then for dinner i have a cooked meal, e.g. chicken, veg, mash/potatoes, OR some sort of pasta Or a sandwhich
i currently drink about 1.5L of water a day.
EXCERSISE:
when i get home from school, i run on the tredmill for around 25 minutes, burning around 275 calories, and do around 30 stomach crunches.
i weigh 56 KG. (approx)
8 stone 8 pounds (approx)
120 pounds (approx)
and i am 5ft 4 (approx)
now please any information or advice would be great,
do you think my diet and excersise is good?
do i need to change anything, if so what?
