I was eligible to drive on April 17th when I passed the exam, but as many know you're given a signature of approval on the back which is a temporary license until you are sent your actual one.
My license says "ISS: 4-20-10" I assume ISS is "Issue" and the date the DMV thinks I was given my license.
So, are the restrictions on my license up October 17th or the 20th?
And if it does go by the ISS Date, is setting it three days late intentional or by mistake?
