6.5HP Mini Bike Won't Idle? Help!!!?

Well I have a 6.5HP Baja Mini Bike, The gas is on and choke is on, When I start her up ( Pull start ) the bike revs up really high and starts going. Isn't going very vast but it should just idle.

The engine is cleaned and the carb in cleaned, Everything is like new just can't get it to idle like normal.

How to I idle the engine, I am unsure. Help!
