Find out where the warehouses are for the stores you like in your area. Where I live, there is Nordstrom Rack, JC Penney Warehouse, etc. You can get good discounts and really any website for clothing depends on your taste and what you prefer so you will have to do your own websearches.

or just go to normal stores like target and wait for special clearence sales, like thanksgiving day sale, 4th of july sales, or etc....
