My 50yd freestyle is a 23.83 right now and my goal is to get a low 22 within 2 months.
I recently got the 23 after only going to 3 practices.
I want to know every aspect of sprinting the 50 freestyle.
When I sprint the 50 freestyle.. how long do I dolphin kick when I first jump in and then when I flip turn?
Do I bend my knees of lock my knees when I kick?
Long strong strokes or fast one?
Open hands or closed hands? Thank you!
