i wont be working more than 5 hours in one shift or more than 3 shifts per week... it most likely wont be possible for me to pump during work...im just concerned it will affect my milk supply...my baby has gone that long through the night without feeding and the only result so far is full breasts and some leaking... i have been expressing occasionally and freezing milk for my partner and mother to feed her when i do work so she wont be missing out... i am dead against formula unless its the only option... and wont consider it... anyone have any experience with this?
