5 to 4 lug conversion kit for honda prelude?

Does anyone know where I can get a conversion kit for my 97 honda prelude? I want to put 17" Kobe rims on it but they are 4 lug and my prelude is 5 lug. i cant find anyone or anywhere i can find the conversion kit. any help would be appreciated

Also, one of the rims is bent (buying the rims from a friend). does anyone know of a place that will fix the bent rim and maybe do some paint work on them?
