My husband's 5-speed 1997 Honda Civic Ex is having problems accelerating, and it seems to be getting worse. While accelerating, especially at about 2000-3000 RPMs, the acceleration is rough and bumby. I tried changing the air filter, but this had no effect. What could be causing this?
