You installed a Windows XP OEM, which means it's tied with the Dell's motherboard. It will only automatically activate if you install it to that computer, because you're only allowed to install one copy of it, and to the Dell only.
You need to either buy an activation key, or a new Windows OS.
In other words, in your situation, you can't activate it, and you only have a trial installed on your Fujitsu.
