What are the pros and cons of a 5 cylinder engine?
Well, I know the Volvo c30 has 227 BHP from a 5 cylinder engine petrol, I dunno what the torque is.
But, I was told a long ways ago that having an odd number of cylinders was not beneficial for the car and caused more harm....is that true?
Actually, in engineering generally, they shy from odd numbers of anything........cpu cores, joints, cylinders, etc, etc. That is besides the point though.
