5/3 cashed a check addressed to Chrysler after my b/f's X marked it out and put her

name on it, what can i do? We went to the bank but b/c only $137 they acted like they were trying to protect their teller? Getting money back eventually but she needs to be held accountable since this is not the 1st time just the 1st time caught red handed! Any suggestions?
