45mph schwinn bicycle?

i want to put a motor on my schwinn bike but stock motors are only 48cc dose any one know where i might be able to by a bigger motor im trying to get it going about 45mph or has a better idea to modify a stander motor thanks
and please no answers like its stupid to go that fast on a bicycle or that might be illegal
