I know that 28 days is the magic number for menstrual cycles but my cycle is about 45 days long. It's not irregular at all, it comes just 42 to 45 days on the money. They used to be very sporadic until they settled into this 45 day cycle.
I can always feel when it's coming, I ovulate around day 31 to 34 and cramp on day 41 to 44.
I'm 5' 7" and weigh 150 lbs., so I'm not unhealthy. I eat a decent diet, play a little golf and swim but not hard enough to effect my periods. I am only 17 if that makes a huge difference, been menstruating for five years now.
So should I be concerned?
