I'd seen posters for this movie starring Ray Winstone, John Hurt, Lovejoy, him from the Full Monty and someone else around the London Underground in the last week or two so was looking forward to checking it out as it looked an interesting thriller judging by the artwork.
Although it's not out till later this month a DVD rip of the film strangely leaked yesterday online so I couldn't pass up the chance of viewing it early.
What a disappointment!
Rather than a thriller the movie resembles a theatrical play with little in the way of action, just large chunks of dialogue.
The actors do well with what they've got, especially Lovejoy but it's all a bit dull and is bound to be a let down to a large selection of the cinema audience reared on Danny Dyer Brit Flicks!
The Fahking and Cahnting is relentless throughout the movie and actually began to get on my nerves even though I have no problem with swearing.
In reality it's a bit of a turkey so save your cinema pennies and rent it or grab it for free like me!
