40k what would yu buy?

If I was offered the choice between a 20 year old swimwear model and a 60 year old swimwear model I would take the younger model everytime.

Maybe you just like old sheilas?

i like them modern duc's too bloke thats why i have kept the 999
but im only a driver thats why i invest in what i know bikes and cars instead of throwing it at dealers

Sale prices, as I said. Thanks for confirming.
Might turn around in 12mths also, it is all up to a given sale price at the time.
A lot of dudes who bought into the Aussie Muscle car scene have gone backwards big time in the last few years so what they paid may not be what its worth now. Might happen with bevels too????

at the end of the day, a bike is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it..

that said, I share Stanley's lust for a 888 SP4 or SP5.. there was one in Ducati Adelaide last year.. not for sale.. or "what are you willing to pay?"

if yu buy a bevel you need to buy it for a long haul to have any benifit and the muscle cars with turn around in time too.

sale prices whats that ???, the buyers paid them and thats it , so many doubting thomas's out there.

Exactly, why argue something I have agreed with you on???

A recent sale price is a guide to the current worth, I dont understand the confusion???

Real estate, art ,motorbikes ,cars etc etc are all the same but they do have a guide to what they are worth based on recent sales but yes you are corrrect the true value is what someone is willling to pay but that counts for just about everything........

Sorry guys but for once I'll be negative: the world needs a Ducati cruiser like it needs a Harley sportbike (freaky wierdo bike lover Buell not withstanding).

Powercruiser they already made - the SF.

The Vyper looked cool, and probably would kick ass. I just don't think it met their cockonomics...VMax with tech that tripled the price...not a huge market IMHO...since mountain men don't usually make that kind of money.

And in the real world they'd probably have to get someone to build it because their priorities lie elsewhere (racing)...

well at this stage bikes and cars is where my money is going the share market is far to much risk for me and im not in position to put it into real estate.

best stick with what i know for the moment
