Are there any down sides to this?
Instead of junk, sweets, fast food, or major carbs (mainly bread and pasta) we will have veggies, fruits, nuts, legumes, oatmeal, greek yogurt, eggs, meat , water and milk.
(I've been watching tons of food and health documentaries and I'm amazed at all I'm learning about nutrition and the human body. That's why I am challenging us to do this.)
If I do it for 4 weeks successfully then I will continue for another 4 and so on.
