4 TANKS AND WHAT FISH?

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING:
Ok, so i am planning to get 3 new tanks (i want a job at petsmart and im still 12, so this is futre planning) I am planning to get 2 20gallons and 1 55 gallon, (its cheaper if you work there right?) and in one of the 20 gallons, i am putting 2 goldfish (no other fish) and in the other 2 gallon, i am planning on a coldwater tank. SO FAR, i want 2 loaches, 8 white cloud minnows what else can i put? and lastly, in the 55g, i want to put in all tropicals, GLOfish, tetras, guppies, what else can i put in THERE? and then i ALREADY HAVE A 10 GALLON and i dont know what to put in there. SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT CAN I PUT IN THE THE COLDWATER, TROPICAL, AND THE EXISITING 10 GALLON?
I ment to say the other 20 gallon

10 gallon:
3 playties
2 glofish
2 tetras
but they will all move to seperate tanks
 
Ok, for the goldies just make sure it is 2 fancy goldfish, not common or comet goldfish!
What type of loach? There are a bizzilion, all I belive are tropical. Some can do well in cooler waters, but I am no loach specialist here!
8 white clouds would be cool, zebra danios, rummy nose tetras and rosy red minnows would all be a good choice!
The existing 10 gallon, we need to know what you already have in it b4 we can tell you what else to put in it!
