all on Yahoo! answers? Giving themselves multiple "thumbs up" with their own aliases?

What do you think?

The number of apparent Bush supporters and bashers of anything which is not Bush (or his boot-licker McCain), according to posts and ratings at Yahoo! answers is a serious discrepancy with the numbers in the real world, no?

What's up with that? I've said it before, I'll say it again, something seriously stinks here.

"...Seventy-eight percent of respondents said the country was worse off than five years ago; just 4 percent said it was doing better..."

To wachiras: Good for you, but nobody asked if you yourself were personally doing better. This is about how your COUNTRY is doing. I would go farther and say that the whole world was doing better 8 years ago than it is doing now. But apparently all you can see is your own bank book. Do you have stock in Haliburton, or something? Never mind. I care as little about your personal finances as you apparently care about anyone else but yourself.
Witchita, in response to your protests: you say personally attacking you is not a response to the question. i say that saying "I got mine, Jack, so what are you crying about?" is not an answer to my question either. If you cannot see how much the USA has gone to sh*t since its take-over by basically a crime syndicate, and that a hard rain is falling (and gonna fall) as a result of the foreign policies of this administration, then you do, in fact appear to belong in the 4% referred to in my question, and surprise, surprise, here you are on Yahoo! Answers...

You appear to have answered my yes/no question by confirming your presence here.

Let me guess, you made $15,000 extra dollars being an cyber-soldier "yes man" for the neocon machine - this is what my question is about

Like I said b4, I don't care where you get your money. Just don't try and make a sh*t pile smell like a rose garden when you obviously don't know anything that is going on outside of your corner in Maryland.

sorry for the accidental post, I meant to cut and paste Wichiras post here, in case she deletes her answer in shame, and anyone wonders what I am referring to (on the off chance that she is capable of feeling any such emotion), because that kind of thing has happened before.

Wichirasa: "Im doing better, I'm making like 15,000 more dollars a year! everyone that I work with is doing better also! I don't know where you live but we are having a construction boom and new jobs are popping up all over, Perhaps you should move to Maryland, as to as the country as a whole, the only problem is the sub prime crisis and fuel prices. There are no massive lay offs

edit: and why do people personally attack my answer? that is not a response to the question"

I know it is doing worse. Five years ago my husband had a great job and we were very secure. Yesterday his company told him they were closing. The trucking industry is going under because of high gas prices. This will effect us all.
As for "wachirasa's" answer, just because you are making $15,000 more a year does not mean you will have a job tomorrow. That became a reality in my families life yesterday.

Maybe we have the outliers, the 4% here. Some people will be doing better than they were 5 years ago and maybe it's as simple as they found a job they love or they are making more money. But how much products/services does that money buy compared with 5 years ago? I think most people are just clueless when it comes to economics and money management. They are tough areas. I'm an MBA student. I have found Finance and Economic courses to be pretty challenging but of course very interesting and relevant.

It is good to know that most people do recognize that we are worse off than 5 years ago. It's pretty bad when the Federal Reserve needs to do a complete overhaul like after the Great Depression. That is not good news. The war is a huge cause because it's sucking up a lot of dollars.

man it sucks, i remember when Clinton was in office i would quit my job and get another the next hour, lol!
