If you notice by my past questions my 4 month old is going through a nasty growth spurt. She naps great during the day but getting her to sleep at night has been hell. She started sleeping soundly about a week or two before she was 3 months, safe away in her crib. And then it was like around Christmas she just stopped sleeping. We realized she was going through a growth spurt because she nurses constantly, as a breastfed baby she doesn't poop (it's normal and I know, she not in any discomfort over the lack of pooping) and she's up all night.
I have learned that she will sleep in her swing like she used to when she was 2 months but I, myself, am really upset that she's back in a swing, putting her back in my bedroom or me in the living room with her... How can I feel better about this? Has anyone else had to put their baby back in the swing and then back in the crib?
It was not a difficult transition to get her into her crib, but I'm concerned that now she's back in her swing it might be. Has anyone gone through this?? I'm just looking for some comforting words.

That's crazy! Last night I was so frustrated and almost in tears because I couldn't soothe her or get her to sleep... I learned a while back that if I put her on her stomach, she'll push and push and get the toots and gas out on her own. After letting her rub around on her tummy, she fell asleep but of course I'm so worried about her suffocating or whatever I couldn't let myself allow her to sleep on her tummy... I was thinking of doing a trial night and sleeping in her room on the floor to listen to her.. she's kind of a noisy sleeper, lots of humming and sighing..
