4 month cat trying to lick her surgery area after being spayed.?

So my kitten got spayed probably 3 or 4 days ago? She seemed fine dealing with the E collar & everything..

I get home & her surgery area seems dirty & I think it's the puss that came out. She's trying hard to lick it clean. Is that normal?
