4 days late negitive test?

my boyfriend and i have been ttc for about six months, i had a miscarriage last month at 6 weeks. my period is almost always on time... i am 4 days late took tests this morning all 3 negative, but have been feeling nauseated and having heartburn for the last couple of days. i know that is early but last pregnancy same thing... earlier this morning i had very light spotting, but has ceased... i made doc appt. for blood test... i am excited but worried.. i am going to test again tomorrow... wanting opinons while i wait for doc.
also boobs feel fuller and are soar to the touch... i just dont want this all to be in my head, please any comfort has anyone experienced something like this
 
Step 1...Relax

After a miscarriage/change in Birth Control etc. you can have irregular periods. Not to be negative here but I had the same situation. I stopped taking birth control and was late the next period or two. The second time around I thought for sure I was pregnant, got my hopes up and I wasn't. If you are...Congrats. If your not, see step 1 I'm sure your time is right around the corner!! Best o' Luck!
 
Sounds to me like you probably are but of course you never know without a positive home or blood test. The light spotting sounds like implantation bleeding. It definitely sounds too early for a home test to turn out positive if your period is only 4 days late but if you are good luck!!
 
you could have convinced your body your pregnant...which means u get all symptoms normally but just dont have a baby inside you, best thing to do is visit your doctor.
