4 cylinder Cummings diesel engine for jeep tj?

I have a 00 jeep wrangler TJ
I one of my friends told me about a 4cylinder Cummings Turbo diesel that you can get and put in a jeep. does anyone no where i can find this or if this is just not true? If it is true plz tell me where i can find one and everything i would need to know like transmission, radiator, exhaust, ect.

There are more than the 3.9 liter now at Cummins available, but this is the easiest due to mechanical injection.
