i use spirit then i enter cydia to add this source

but cydia give me error:Refreshing Data
please help me to solve this

Have the iPhone connected to a wireless network or internet via ur mobile provider and then open Cydia. Wait until it finishes reloading data, then updating the sources, after that add repo666.ultrasn0w.com and instll ultrasn0w
