every time i try to send a picture/ video to one of my contacts via texting, the "sending" bar will start to fill (showing that it is processing the request), but then hovers and stops towards the end. it doesnt complete the send, and a red exlamation point shows up, saying that the "send failed. try again".
any idea why and how i can fix it? thanks!
