I am 39 weeks and just started having sharp back pain. My midwife told me that my baby may be facing in an awkward position and to do some pelvic thrusts to get her to move her head properly into the pelvis. Not sure if her positioning is causing the pain or if its back labor? I had 2 sharp pains about 2 minutes apart that literally took my off my feet. I haven't had the same sharp pain as im sitting but i can just feel throbbing in my back now.
I was also having mild cramping here and there a few hours prior. Nothing continuous though.
